The Danoso New site community in the Ejisu muncipality of the Ashanti region, has been thrown into a state of mourning after two kids were burnt to death in a fire outbreak which swept through their home.
The deceased, Zidan Razark, aged four, and his 18-month-old sister Sharifatu Razark were said to be asleep when the fire ravaged the seven-bedroom house.
The incident is believed to have occurred around 7pm and took several hours before onlookers and officers of the Ghana National Fire Service could bring it under control.
The cause of the fire is believed to have been as a result of power fluctuations in the area.
