WAFA has officially rejected Hearts of Oak’s move for defender Konadu Yiadom.

The centre-back was one of the players Hearts of Oak were willing to sign for the CAF Champions League and the season ahead.

Yiadom had personally agreed terms with the Ghanaian giants and was willing to join, however, WAFA were reluctant and has finally refused an offer from the Rainbow Club.

Hearts of Oak were however able to sign Enoch Asubonteng also from WAFA who has been registered for their Africa campaign.

The Ghana Champions are expected to release the list of registered players for the CAF Champions League.

Gladson Awako, Agyenim Boateng and Kofi Kordzi all made the squad which has already been presented to CAF.
