The people of Mankoadze in the Central region have threatened not to vote in the 2020 elections if their roads are not fixed for them.
The Ohiazde to Mankoadze link roads have been neglected for so many years and this situation has been a burden to drivers and traders who ply the road.
In an interview with some of the people in the town, they said “dust from the road is disturbing them, putting their life in danger, and they are therefore appealing to the government to just have a critical look at the situation at Mankoadze.”
According to them, politicians will always promise that when they come to power, they will construct if they vote for them, but after voting for them, then they forget all the promises they made to the electorate.
The people said they will protest against the MP and the government over the bad state of the roads in the area and threaten that they won’t vote in the 2020 if it’s not fixed.
