Member of Parliament for Okaikoi Central, Patrick Yaw Boamah, has this morning distributed breakfast to about 1,000 people in the constituency.

Constituents in various electoral areas in Nyamekye, Lapaz, Fadama, Tesano, Abeka, and Apenkwa among others benefited from the MP’s generosity.

He indicated that in the recent past he distributed hand sanitizers and veronica buckets to churches, schools, institutions and various groups in the constituency.

According to him, it is time to sacrifice and demonstrate humanity still cares in this difficult time.

“If we prepare ourselves and support others, it brings peace in the country,” he stated.

He urged constituents to comply with the precautionary protocols directed by President Nana Akufo-Addo including constant washing of hands with soap and water and applying hand sanitizers where available.

He warned against handshaking and hugging to ensure the social distancing directive is observed to the letter to curtail the spread of the coronavirus in the constituency and Ghana as a whole.
