His mind has the tendency to palpitate anytime he reads something worthwhile about the New Patriotic Party and the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
It is simply indecipherable why Pratt faults everything that emanates from the Akufo-Addo-led government.
This naked animosity towards Akufo-Addo for no apparent reason has clouded completely his sense of judgement.
Pratt, a little I have observed about him, is indicative of the fact that anytime he appears on Radio Gold’s Alhaji and Alhaji programme, he clothes himself in an attire that allows him to lambaste the New Patriotic Party. He seems to have renewed strength to attack the New Patriotic Party whenever he appears on Radio Gold. He has a mellowed exterior anytime he visits other stations. Pratt finds himself in his comfort zone whenever he is on Radio Gold!
As though a paragon of some strange virtue showered upon us from some unknown planet, this I-know-it-all political pundit always expresses opinions worlds apart from what the New Patriotic Party puts forward, and most of his prognosis are always way off beam!
This repository of all knowledge claims that most of the New Patriotic Party’s policies so captured in the party’s manifesto prior to the elections which amply featured in the budget which was read a few days ago are unrealistically deceptive, and that they’re riddled with propaganda.
Pratt contends that the one village one dam, one district, one factory and the one million dollars per constituency concepts can only be wishful thinking as the government cannot implement them.
One policy aggravates the warped mind of Kwesi Pratt. He finds it inconceivable why some sectors would have their allocations reduced and given to the one million dollars per constituency policy.
Pratt is hopelessly uneducated. His hatred for Akufo-Addo has blindfolded him to the core. Either he didn’t listen to the budget well or he is being disingenuous. How the projects under contention would be implemented were copiously hammered on in the budget. Nothing is being implemented in a vacuum.
Logically, Kwesi Pratt is pathetic. He piteously makes a simple argument of the fact that the District Assembly Common Fund has been reduced by a certain percentage and added to the one million dollars per constituency policy. He asserts that there is only a reshuffle of some sort. Pratt wouldn’t allow his sense of reasoning to do just a simple analogy. A J. H. S one pupil can easily ascertain that even the whole of the DACF amount is less than the one million dollars being sent to the constituencies. A fraction of the DACF being added to this project is not in sync with the argument Pratt is advancing. It cannot therefore be a fact that there is a reshuffle in this case. The funds for the one million dollars per constituency policy will also have a very effective management body, and this will go a long way to help the realization of the dream and vision of the current administration.
Every administration requires a nemesis, but the antagonistic posturing of Kwesi Pratt is nauseatingly uncivilized! I wonder why the wisest man in Ghana, in the able shape of Kwesi Pratt didn’t sell his enormous experiences and technical know-how to John Dramani Mahama’s NDC to better the lots of Ghanaians.
