The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has taken a significant step towards enhancing internal harmony by establishing regional reconciliation committees.

In a strategic move designed to bolster party unity and address any arising conflicts, these committees have been set up in cooperation with the Regional Executive Committees.

Their mandate is clear: to tackle and resolve disputes emanating from a wide array of party activities, including but not limited to elections across all levels—from polling stations to the national stage.

This initiative marks a critical effort by the NPP to solidify its internal cohesion as it gears up for forthcoming electoral contests.

A statement signed by General Secretary Justin Kodua noted that by addressing disputes that have surfaced from various electoral processes within the party, the reconciliation committees are set to ensure that all grievances are addressed in a manner that promotes peace and unity.

The party leadership, he said, has carefully selected esteemed members to join these committees, acknowledging their dedication to the cause of unity within the NPP.
