Aspiring National Vice Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) impending national elections, Alhaji Sherif Abdul-Nasiru has touted the potential of candidates vying for various positions in the party.

The NDC, he said, has a pool of profound talents to choose from when the time comes for electing constituency and national officers to man the party’s affairs.

According to him, the task ahead of the party is huge and challenging and urged delegates to sit up and elect principled and selfless officers to put the country and the NDC first to rescue Ghanaians from the hardship of the economy.

In a statement, Alhaji Abdul-Nasiru stressed the burden lies on all NDC members to jealously push one agenda for the upward movement of Ghana as a cherished homeland.

“As the next National Vice Chairman of our Great NDC, I stretched my hands out, wishing all constituency aspirants contesting for various positions at the constituency level special good luck.

“I pray for the best to win in their various Constituency elections coming up, on Saturday, 22nd of October, 2022.”

“I urged our astute delegates to put away personal interests and focus on putting the party and Ghana first to restore confidence in the minds of the people of Ghana to make the ‘Rescue Mission’ a reality.”

“I say may divine mercies and peace of Allah reign during and after these elections to ignite and rejuvenate the principles of probity, accountability and social justice and boost confidence in the NDC for a smooth take-off.”
